  3. A quick reversal on the investment decision. Even if the Network decides not to invest the company will derive value by interacting with the Network members and getting their advise and inputs.

Apart from the business plan, the Network looks at some key parameters :

  1. The Network looks for businesses that have high barriers to entry and can grow to be large.

  2. The quality of the management team is important. A complementary management team that comprises multiple skills such as technology, sales, finance, HR etc. is considered a major asset.

  3. The Network seeks to add value by providing advice/mentoring an access to its network in addition to money so its members are likely to invest in businesses where they have the ability to add such value.
